Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Site Health (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and integration users.

2. Description of Service

Site Health is a performance monitoring tool for Webflow sites. It connects via Webflow OAuth to read your site list and published pages, runs Google PageSpeed Insights audits against those pages, and stores the results for trend analysis, alerting, and reporting.

The Service is currently in alpha. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect you.

3. Account & Eligibility

To use the Service, you need a valid Webflow account that you control. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Webflow account and any actions taken under your Site Health account. You must be at least 13 years old.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan websites you don't own or have explicit permission to scan
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or quotas
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or violate any law
  • Resell, sublicense, or share API credentials with third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers running the Service

5. Webflow & Third-Party Services

Site Health integrates with Webflow, Google PageSpeed Insights, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Webflow is not responsible for Site Health, and Site Health is not affiliated with or endorsed by Webflow Inc.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it. You retain ownership of all data you upload or that we collect from your Webflow account. We act as a data processor for that data.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest for access tokens, encrypted transit (HTTPS), and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, experience outages, or modify features without notice. We'll do our best to minimize disruption and notify you of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Health and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) $50 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

PageSpeed scores and Core Web Vitals are produced by Google's PageSpeed Insights API. Site Health does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of these scores. They should be used as guidance, not absolute truth.

Site Health does not guarantee that following its recommendations will improve your site's search rankings, conversions, or business outcomes.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Webflow account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

On termination, we'll delete your Webflow access tokens immediately. Scan data and other associated records will be deleted within 30 days unless we're required to retain them by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to your account address or via in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Site Health is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
